When I went to Adobe's List of tested graphics display cards for Photoshop CS4 and seen such a long list of cards for Windows.I thought I would come here and ask if any body else has upgraded theirs. I would perfere to go with a nVidia card. These are the minimum system requirements to ensure a quality play experience. If your system does not meet these requirements, you may encounter technical issues. You can find this information in your DirectX Diagnostic Tool on your PC or the 'About this Mac' section on your Mac. Adobe Connect, IU's previous web collaboration and conferencing system, became read-only on August 31, 2017, and was fully retired on December 28, 2017. After a comprehensive pilot evaluation, Zoom was selected as its replacement. Lightroom 5 System Requirements. When the public beta was released I expected a fair amount of grumbling when users, especially those using the Mac platform, read Lightroom's new system requirements. In particular, the fact that Lightroom can no longer run in OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). Unfortunately, Adobe does not seem to want to provide profiles for older lenses, such as the brilliant Nikkor AF 85mm f/1.4D that I use. You can go through the hassle of creating lens profiles yourself.
** The 32-bit version of Windows is no longer supported. For support with 32-bit drivers and plug-ins, use earlier versions of Photoshop: Links to prior version installers and updates.

A compatible graphics processor (also called a graphics card, video card, or GPU) lets you experience better performance with Photoshop and use more of its features. Also, display problems, performance issues, errors, or crashes can occur if your computerâs graphics processor or its driver is incompatible with Photoshop.
Features that won't work without a GPU
If your graphics processor is unsupported or its driver is defective, the following Photoshop features won't work:
Features that require a GPU for acceleration
Adobe has tested the laptop and desktop versions of the following graphics processor card series:
Caution:
Tested cards may not meet the minimum bar for use with all GPU features. In addition to basic functionality, some Photoshop features, especially those which use APIs like OpenCL, require greater bandwidth, memory, or compute resources than other Photoshop features. These requirements can pose significant challenges when cards are placed in older machines, such as ones with low-powered motherboards or machines that make use of a single DIMM for their system memory, effectively halving the bandwidth between the system memory and the GPU memory.
Additionally, the relevant tests are performed when Photoshop starts up. On computers barely meeting the requirements, other running software may tip the balance from a card passing to failing. At times, OS updates, patches, and driver updates may cause issues with cards that were previously working fine.
We recommend you use the latest system and GPU hardware to make the most of GPU features in Photoshop.
Note:
Ensure that you have the latest driver for your specific graphic processor installed. Laptop and desktop versions of the graphics processor have slightly different names.
The list of graphics processor cards above is updated as newly released cards are tested. However, Adobe cannot test all cards in a timely manner. If your cards is not listed above, but meets the following requirements, you can assume that it works with the latest version of Photoshop CC:
The following card series are no longer being tested and are not officially supported in Photoshop: Best mac for adobe illustrator.
Some GL functionality may be available for these cards, but newer features won't work.
The Adobe Camera Raw plug-in gives you ability to import and work with camera raw files in Photoshop. You can also use Camera Raw to work with JPEG and TIFF files.
Your computer may need to meet additional system requirements to work efficiently with Adobe Camera Raw.
